With over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry, I bring a deep well of commercial insight, creative strategy, and hands-on design leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve honed a sharp ability to solve complex problems, think commercially without compromising creativity, and lead high-performing teams across global markets.

My leadership style is rooted in influence—not authority. I lead with humility, clarity, honesty, and transparency, always fostering an environment of feedback, accountability, and purpose-driven results.

I’ve had the unique opportunity to design for both boutique specialty retailers and large-scale private label manufacturers, giving me rare cross-functional expertise in navigating the needs of both internal teams and external partners.

My design background spans a wide range of categories, including dresses, sweaters, knit and woven tops, lingerie, swim, NONand home. This diverse experience allows me to approach product innovation with both creative agility and strategic precision.
